Lincoln City is another star spot for taking photos! As a Lincoln City photographer, I recognize others flock here for catching gorgeous photos! The sprawling beaches with scattered logs make for some prime backdrops. One of my favorite reasons to shoot near the beach, is the rolling waves having a calming effect on me. There is beauty in just watching the endless crashing and hearing the thunder of each crash. It really speaks to my soul.

Another attraction to the beach is the sunset right over the water. As I have said this has to be my favorite thing about being on the west coast in the PNW. The sunset always has held an especially magical place in my heart. It showcases that endings are beautiful and it leads in to the night. And I must say, I love be a good night’s sleep so having a majestic transition in to that really captivates me.

Beautifully Created Shoot

Our studio offers a centerpiece shoot that we have lovingly named the “Beautiful Created” Shoot. As a result, it highlights you as the centerpiece. Boudoir photography is popular for the reason that it helps you get in touch with your beauty. In addition it helps you feel empowered and gorgeous. However we do much the same thing, but we dress it up instead of dressing it down.

You remember how it felt to put on your wedding dress, or the moment you found your perfect prom dress and got to dance the night away. Basically we want to get back in touch with that and have you come wear one of our glorious gowns. For example, dance in a waterfall and sit in a meadow of wildflowers. Feel the salty air blow your hair on the beach or catch the shimmers of a sunset over the mountains. We are here for the wandering spirit that wants to feel beautiful.

When you go out on an adventure photoshoot with me, I’m going to bring along an arsenal of techniques and things I use to snapping that supreme shot.

Get the Details of your adventure photoshoot

When you are taking pictures, it’s easy to forget about the details. Make sure you take a step in closer and get those small details. A hand caressing the cheek, flowers in a bouquet, a whisper in an ear…

Full Body Shot

Getting your full body is also a fun photo op as it provides aspect to the detail shot. Doing a first close up of you and then some full body shots from further back will give a fun variety. For adventure photoshoots you want to get some dimension in your album.

Take a Step Back

We also want to make sure we grasp the scenery around you. Getting the eye for how amazing things are around you is another perk to add to your album. We enjoy taking photos of the adventure your are on for your photoshoot.

Create Movement

Giving a variety of poses as well as prompts helps us get those sweet moments in between. We may have your run to a tree, swing in for a kiss on the cheek, twirl around in your ballgown or toss your gown in the air. When you go on an adventure photoshoot, you want to get lost in the atmosphere that surrounds you. We are there to document your adventure and add some pizzazz when needed.
